PAX - Countertop Display

When it comes to selecting the optimal delivery device and product for cannabis, the relationship between budtender and customer is paramount. PAX, a leading brand of award-winning vape devices and cannabis pods, wanted to make it easy for budtenders to showcase a variety of PAX products at once to drive the best product fit for the customer’s desired cannabis experience. 

Opportunity

Develop a display that accommodates a suite of products and accessories in one unit that can fit in an under-counter glass cabinet. 

Solution

Leveraged IDD’s end-to-end services—from creative for design developing and prototyping to manufacturing, kitting, and fulfillment—to deliver this display. Team IDD chose white acrylic to fit the overall look and feel of the PAX brand and provide a neutral backdrop for multiple products. We designed the tray with handles to give budtenders the ability to easily pull it out of the glass cabinet and present multiple products to the customer at one time. 

Project Highlights 

• With IDD’s in-house acrylic manufacturing, the displays were produced in 4 weeks from the approved prototype. 
• IDD’s fulfillment capabilities loaded live product into the displays and delivered the units ready for use out of the box. 
• Rolled out 500 custom-designed merchandising trays to 500 unique locations.
