Account Coordinator – Junior/Entry Level

InStore Design Display (IDD) is a group of designers, builders, graphic artists, production gurus, fulfillment + storage experts, and tested sales executives focused on helping brands and retailers build something bigger. 

We are looking for an Entry Level Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Managers and Account Directors to ensure smooth sales procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. If you have experience with data entree and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate can both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships.

Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Enterprise Account Management team.


  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Process client purchase orders
  • Learn and utilize CRM software to track clients, client needs, and projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding all aspects of client needs, requirements, communication preferences, and deadlines
  • Prepare, file and retrieve various project documents
  • Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service


  • We are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Self-starter who is flexible, likes to work collaboratively and has strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills required
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred


The projected compensation range (e.g., salary plus performance incentive) for this individual will be competitive and in accordance with the background and experience of the selected candidate. Compensation is supplemented by a benefits package that includes a 401(k) program (with matching feature); major medical; life, short term disability insurance, etc. Some benefits require tenure prior to eligibility. Because the client is seeking someone from the local marketplace, no relocation assistance is anticipated.
